In recognising the uniqueness of each child, we work together towards the development of our students  on their spiritual and learning journeys.

Cardinal McKeefry Catholic Primary School aims to provide a safe, happy, caring, creative and equitable learning environment for staff and students.  Our programmes offer a sound basis in curriculum  areas and provide opportunities for students to achieve and excel through a variety of worthwhile learning experiences.

Cardinal McKeefry School is a Year 1-8 urban primary school situated in close proximity to Wellington city centre and a number of the Western suburbs.

When you see our spacious school grounds you may well think that you are in the country.  The front of our school comprises a large grassed area, bordered by trees,  junior and  senior adventure playgrounds and an asphalted area which includes three netball courts.  Across the road is a sports ground, Ian  Galloway Park,  which we also often access.

Our buildings incorporate six well resourced teaching spaces, a superbly stocked library, a central internal assembly hall, a reception and administration area.
