Term 1

The new term has started well.  Almost everyone arrived back well prepared and “ready to go.”   Our aquatics programme begins next week.

Pride Awards Winner

Congratulations to Anthea C, Year 6,  who received an award for Health and Fitness in the 2010  Green Carpet Pride Awards Ceremony.  Anthea is a skilled karate exponent.

Year 2 and 3 Carol Singers

Room 3 students took some Christmas Cheer to Sprott House  in Karori.  They sang carols and shared   Christmas stars andchocolate with residents.  We think that the elderly folk  enjoyed the experience.  We certainly did!

Final Assembly

EOTC Activities

Students have had a great week involved in a variety of activities outside the classroom. We are currently preparing for the upcoming school year. If you, your family or friends are hoping to enrol your child with us for 2011,  please do so as soon as possible.  We still have vacancies at Year 1- 6 levels.

Help for Pakistan Flood Victims

A prayer reflection early in the week helped to reinforce the gravity of the situation of flood victims  in Pakistan.   Our senior students organised a mini fair to raise funds for the Caritas support programme.   Our students and their families responded most generously.

Mathswell Champs
