This week Year 5-8 students were fortunate to have a workshop with well known childrens illustrator, David Elliot. Some excellent advice was given and now students are working on black and white illustrations for some recent great writing that they’ve done.

Financial Literacy

On a recent Friday, Years 2-6 took part in some fun, but useful “financial literacy” classes facilitated by Jeffrey Crosby. Students learned a bit about how to make your money work for you and the value of savings. Perhaps a small increase in participation in our ASB School Banking is a sign of effectiveness.
