Facilities

computersinlibraryOur students enjoy large, well resourced classrooms.

We are particularly proud of the books and resources we offer in our library.

With its colourful environment, and rich resources, our school library encourages the students’ love of reading and their development as learners. Our aim is that students will know how information is organised, how to find it, and how to use it for a variety of purposes. The library plays a key role in developing a reading culture and setting students on the path to lifelong learning.

Library

Our school Library is a vital component of our school, open for browsing and reading from 8.30 every morning.

It is also open Tuesdays and Thursdays, “library lunch hour,” for reading, drawing, playing quiet games and studying.  On Mondays and Wednesdays it is available for chess.

Information and Computer Technology

ICT is an integral part of many of our class programmes.  Use of  computers, the web, data projectors and digital cameras are all seen as valuable tools.

Our computers are networked and students have supervised access to the web in classrooms and in our library information centre to support their learning.
